I think this was the record:

25-Jan-00: closed at 149.
26-Jan-00: closed at 124.625 with 68,476,600 volume.

I was thinking of the gap from yesterday's low around $62. Trading above the low from Thur erased any gaps on the chart. After being down $5 a day from last Friday, we are down pretty hard this past week. The damaged erased all of the upside to open interest in call options for March, which I expect will have very little resistance to upward pressure.

The path to least resistance is higher next week especially with companies like LU getting bailed out with new financing. Now they have the capital to throw at CHU for new infrastructure projects that will require vendor financing.
