Tommaso,

I tried to short PEX, but couldn't find any shares to short.

<<"he already knows too many weird things about me".>>

That statement leaves a lot to the imagination.

Back to business.

Doubt you could find any shares to short in PEX. It would make sense though if you could.

Been looking at SMOP for my IRA and just waiting for the conversion. One question I would have would be will SMOP provide an earnings report prior to the merger? I'd like to look at their production volumes etc. The last report didn't really show much in that regard.

My way of thinking is that the time of conversion there could be a reasonable amount of selling in PEX shares due to SMOP converters bailing. Wouldn't mind being prepared to scoop some up. Just hoping for a little better liquidity. Those 700 share days in PEX make it a little hard to bail if you know what I mean.

Anything else regarding the transaction that you might throw in would be appreciated. I'm aware you are the expert on this one or at least due to your ownership position you've done some homework. Warrants are gone?

Hard to find a sure thing nowadays and 12% until closing not to shabby in my book.

Best
