It's the 'raw' thing. My mother is Asian, her idea of cooking her beef is defrosting it (we get very upset with her). I suppose it's the same theory.

Oooooh, your mom is into steak tartare?

How did you like the market action today...the Naz pulled a nice reversal. Things still suck but maybe we can rally some for a while.
