I'm very relieved. I haven't posted my frustration with the way things were going in regard to the CME exchange fees, but I was seriously considering changing vendors.
Despite all the complaints about the net change on the NQ, I've been a bit happier with QCharts since the introduction of the 384k connection at Sunnyvale. Server queuing has been much reduced since then IMO. I hope Herndon follows soon.

What do I do if I already subscribe to the CME as a real time exchange? Do I cancel that before March 1? If so can you assure me there will be no interruption in real time emini quotes?

BTW the CME pit traded futures real time quotes are about as close to useless as real time quotes can be. Only the last price has any meaning. Even these only print when the price changes. I won't miss them, and since I only trade the Naz100 and the SP500, I won't need them. The mini quotes are a much better barometer of the full contracts than the actual real time quotes of the full contracts themselves.

Well I was hoping to dodge this bullet, but why should I be any different. I just noticed your billing department double billed me this month. I normally do not pay that much attention to your billing.

By the way, this is the only account I have where I never get a receipt, bill or statement, not even an emailed statement. I can't log on to your web site to check my account as your new web site will not accept my ID and or password.

A quick look at my online card account reveals you may have been billing me a little earlier each month and may have gained a month over the years I have been using your service. I have decided to go back and do a complete audit of all the transactions to see if this did indeed occur.

At the least, I will be expecting a speedy resolution of this double billing.

Thank you for listening to our 'opinions' even tho some of them tend to get very uncivil about such things.

Would someone respond to my request to have the COMPX Nov 2000 intraday data spike removed. I posted a chart earlier in the week showing it. Is there any plans to fix this? It disables ones ability to look at the volume data.

You see what the spike does to the volume plot by clicking on the chart link in the following post...
