this whole CA power farce has degenerated into a showcase for the new socialism that informs our so-called 'market economy'. i hear generators are still being FORCED into supplying the bankrupt utes...and they are 'hoping' to get paid. it is a microcosm of what happens on a larger scale with Greenspud's moral hazard outfit...
