Isn't it more important to see how we as investors can make the best out of this terrible situation. Today I purchased additional q's at 48.

I basically agree. I think, however, you have to figure out what went wrong in the first place as to avoid repeating that mistake in the future.

Congratulations on your QQQ purchase. As a short term trade you have a good chance (IMO and FWIW) to make a nice gain.
