I, like you, have yet to receive a petition from these sapient creatures. John Adams once said he would be happy to present these petitions in Congress if he received them. I expect they would be seeking elevated status (if not equal) and rights. It is ironic that they do not have the knowledge, discernment or sagacity to do this. Then again, maybe we are just saps for not understanding.
