Yeah, well maybe my earnings warning remark was a bit off base, but such a thing would certainly not be a surprise. IR said they see 1X ramping end of this year with full motion in 2002...makes sense to me (but I had expected the new chips sooner) and the earnings picture looks about as clear as any company out there with the exception of Federal Screw Works (if they still exist...LOL!). That said, I am jaded by all the company pronouncements of late only to be told a few weeks later that they made a mistake. Mind you I didn't have any of their damn stock, but the effect is bleeding over on us. The royalties are really strong they said...a seemingly excellent remark...but in this environment, we must be willing to consider alternative visions at a moments notice.
