Thanks for the encouragement. I definitely intend to adapt successfully to eSignal. Already I'm finding features that are new (to me) and that I like.

This will probably (but don't hold me to it) be my last post on this thread. I'll be switching to the eSignal thread.

Best to all.

John, I have been trying NexTrend for the last few days. My first impression is that it has some really nice features not found in QCharts, but is also lacking important features that ARE part of QCharts. The other thing that strikes me about NexTrend is that is seems so "crude" in comparison to QCharts; kinda like the difference between drawing a chart with crayons as opposed to colored pencils using .05 leads.

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but the time/sales window in NexTrend is just unusable to my eyes. The data sorta "strobes" as it refreshes; it doesn't scroll like all the time/sales windows that I have ever seen. Same with the level II window. I am hoping that there is some setting or something that I need to adjust to obtain a better result.

I agree that the reliability of the data seems to be superior to the QCharts experience. Of course, I haven't used the NexTrend long enough to really make a meaningful judgement on that issue. Their customer support is FAR SUPERIOR to that one receives for QCharts; someone is actually there; very prompt and helpful in their responses. Any tips you might have setting up NexTrend would be greatly appreciated. I would like to cancel my QCharts next week, but so far can't make NexTrend usable for my purposes.

Thanks,

Zane

John,

are the e-minis (ES and NQ) not available with Nextrend?
