Joe, But not before chastizing the doctor that blew the whistle that they had not even bothered to review any beef evidence with the scientists at HC. Not before once again punishing the doctor to whom they had just lost the last battle when the courts decided it was alright for scientists to speak up when the truth was in jeopardy. Beaurocrats are a sick bunch no better in my opinion than the 'religious' who felt burning witches and torturing in their inquisitions was a part of holiness. Will we ever learn? Canada has sanctions from the WTO to impose tariffs since we modified our support of Bombardier while Brazil did nothing to change their support. Canada has yet to implement tariffs. But someone jumped on the beef ban and the beaurocrats closed ranks so that we'll never know who jumped the gun to embarass all of NAFTA. The US and Mexico had no choice but to follow suit. In anger at being caught, HC will again end up in court to again be reminded the scientists have the right to speak out. Little changes throughout the millleniums. I have neither the energy nor inclination to rail at everything that doesn't work. I can once again point out that a less prepared small biotech could have been wiped out by the vicarious rulings of HC. Do a phase 3. Now do a phase 4. Now do a phase 3 again. Bloody h*ll. Wolf
