Hi westpacific, Saturday greetings.

The thought of my hands trembling at the controls of the printing press! Warm to the touch. Not a dry dream! No wonder the maestro is so fit.

On the party, do not be such a party spoil. The new party just got started, with the Dow at the mercy of creditors, with a few, say 5-6k, thousand points to go. Should the Dow incorporate the likes of CSCO, as rumored, it will then shed the points that much faster.
Chugs, Jay

Now there's no reason to put US nation into some dark corner, to suck their thumb and shiver with fear and revulsion over the amount of debt they amassed. You got to play your role ,folks! If you painted yourself in that corner, well, the world expects you will get out of it one way or another by yourself . After all, you do get triple A rates as your pay for the job.

If you decide to stick to the dark corner and to the thumb in your mouth, well then, Europe would not mind to take over. We just dont feel any missionary zeal to go with the job. "Pas trop de zele" Talleyrand used to say - just dont overcook it pls -.

Of course the question of the current balance remains, but first things first.
