A thought related to insider selling: You might want to call Siebel's IR to determine the window each quarter that all employees can sell their stock. A lot of the employees depend on their stock options to generate funds to live on, especially those living in California and other areas with high costs of real estate. If you're interested, you might find a correlation between that window and a short-term decrease in the price of the stock.
