Any good ideas on quality high dividend yields?

While we all try to best position ourselves for the latest "wealth redistribution jump ball" being tossed up by the fed. (is this starting to look like a populist third world country or what?), I'll offer two areas where I've been finding high cash flows and yields of reasonable to high quality: Midstream energy MLPs and REITs.

Here's a starters list:

MLPs: NBP, TCLPZ, PAA, APL, BPL, TPP, LHP, EPL, ARLP, KMP

REITs: (Healthcare: HR, HCN, HCP, NHP - great as a basket), (Self-Storage: SUS, SSS), (Residential: EQR, TCR, UDR), (Industrial: FR), (Diversified: CEI, HIW) and (Timber: PCL).

Also warranting mention are TGS and BLX (perhaps the highest quality of all, despite carrying the Latin stigma).

One can still assemble a decent portfolio yielding between 9-10%, with an average price to cash flow around 7.5 or so.

Keep in mind that my style is to opt for what I perceive to be that best value, not necessarily the strongest, most expensive operation. So, if these ideas don't meet you definition of quality, please accept my apologies.

Thanks for offering SHI on the thread jim_p, that one was quite fine. Happy to try and handle any questions you may have about the ideas I've presented.
