I just used the Change Password feature within Account Lookup (on Trader's Toolbox page) and no longer can access eSignal.

1. The userid/pwd that has been working for eSignal did NOT give me access to the Account page.

2. I requested that my userID and pwd be sent via email and the pwd there was NOT one I've seen before, but it did give me access to the Account management functions.

3. I changed my password.

4. Now, none of the passwords allow the Data Manager to connect: a) the one assigned over the phone when my eSignal acct was set up; (b) the password provided in the email from your site; (c) the new password I just assigned.

I've exited eSignal altogether and restarted, yet none of the 3 passwords allow a connection.

Any suggestions?

P.S. I just noticed that the email also now refers to my UserID with my "account number," not the UserID given to me originally. I've tried the numeric userID with all passwords and they fail too. There is a message saying, "Currently loading all databases." Is this reflecting the attempt to load eSignal for ME or does this mean that I cannot connect because YOU are doing system maintenance? If so, it is just coincidental that this happened just after changing my password.
