No, I was in Germany when the mini Woodstock took place. It has held outside the little farming community of Heyworth, Illinois. I missed the whole thing because I was in the army. If they had held it a year later I could have walked to it.

I saw Hendrix at what is supposed to have been his last concert in the US, in Atlanta, at the Atlanta Pop Festival in 1970. Truly incredible.
