Unfortunately, it does. There are no standards, no handsets and no commercial operational systems. If that's not vaporware, what is? So far boys and girls, WCDMA doesn't work. If it did work, it would be deployed, cause everyone is late to the party, and they're catching major league grief from their bankers and shareholders for it. Keith, maybe you should help them invent a handset(seeing as its the same "stuff", only 5 MHZ). AWE has contracts on EDGE, and ERICY is reportedly riding around in a van/phone that sucks a car battery dry in a second. Sorry folks, but EDGE is vaporware too, contracts and all... I would love to have you people as customers...happy hour with the sales force would be a modern "Ali Baba and the 40 thieves".
