you are being way too kind.

Rob,

I feel compelled to answer you. This is the way I learned to negotiate leases, radio station contracts, etc. Now that I stated that I have made my intentions known.

I am not being kind really at all. Bill owes me nothing and it was very kind of him to invite me to the Bank of America Conference. That is an experience I will never forget.

I will say that Bill does owe me a true answer regarding our now thre plus year on the actualy merits of Amazon as a company. An answer is not money or any obligation to do my homework. It simply is to address the fundamentals as they are playing out. If Bill wishes to wait and does not admit he was incorrect when Amazon still has some cash, it will less comfortable to do so when Amazon files for Chapter 11, terminates the distribution center leases and becomes and on-line peddler of books, music and video. This will be done with hardly any profits and that can only occur once the bankruptcy is filed.
