The good ones also demand the highest levels of compensation and collateral benefits My Dearest Frank we are all self. We are talking enormous business size when we speak of slash value as a business can get too big to see where value is. That is why we have spin offs. In this particular period we would of been far better off slashing a few of the CEO's who were out of touch with reality. If you are performing for me why would i let you go? One must think of the corporate as a being with long future as when self comes into it is gets mucky. This has been a huge problem lately where ids of self have done much destruction to the corporate world. It is sort like saying i am the hub in the wheel that holds all the spindles together but not the whole wheel. Which makes such things as institutional knowledge transfer and information management difficult to achieve. As our market proves you correct.
