High oil and NG prices have stayed long enough to hurt. And there is not much hope for them to go down. That should have squeezed margins. I shorted S&P500 by buying RYURX. I hope I won't regret that I didn't buy AMZN instead.
My investment experience is quite short. Do you remember how it was in 1998? Small downturn and quick melt up. I think this time it's very different.

Joan - " I am not sure that I know what I am doing, but I am doing it." Loved that. Yeah, over the last couple of years or more, I guess a few of us wondered that same thing. Isn't this a good time to pause for a couple of minutes, suck in that good bear air, and realize that reason is finally making its presence known again - as we felt but often came to doubt it would ever happen? What a ride behind us! And what a ride ahead. R
