There is no question those that bought were ignorant. But that does NOT excuse his CRIMINAL behavior.

Now if he hadnt of sold the stocks at fractions of his target prices than MAYBE i could see going leniant on him. but what he did was a CLASSIC PUMP & DUMP.

A good argument can & has been made that this happens in main stream wall street everyday. But, those are the firms the SEC guys go to work for when they leave the SEC !
And 2 wrongs dont make a right.

Its flat out deception. Like rolling back the odometer on a car. Fraud. Deceit. That cannot be tolerated imo.

They should go after the big firms that do what the 14 year old did too.
