Zeev, you seem genuinely convinced there will be no early rate cut. If the market retests on the 28th, what catalyst, besides a rate cut, will foment conditions for the market to pass the test? I doubt that stocks would have rallied Friday afternoon without the rate prediction.

M2, however, is quite high. Lots of liquidity being poured into the system. AG is trying to give the system some gasoline, but the engines are not running smoothly enought to use it, at least yet. However, when we do turn upwards, and we see a few glimmers of brightness after all this gloom, I think the strength of the move could be a little stronger than others think.
