If you have Windows 95 (OEM) it has FAT 32 converter built in as well. That is the only version of Windows 95 that has FAT 32. Retail versions did not include that, just the last release of Windows 95 (OEM).

I remember trying to get this version when my brother got his new computer with Windows95 that had the FAT 32 support. I had to wait until Windows 98 came out.

See here if your version has FAT 32 support:

Remember, when you get your new HD, you could always partition the new drive, and keep your C: a full 6.4 GB HD.
