Sounds like Richard should come live in Hong Kong, an island made of Gold, bathed in freedoms, but not clothed in rights unless paid for and not charged. Not much tax either. 15.5% on wages, but not offshore income, onshore interest/dividends, and no freedom to print money - can only issue as much much as we have forex reserve earned through diligence and savings, and have enough to buy several countries, including Canada and Australia.
