Hello Eyewatch

Cold Feb but March is in like a lamb.

I spoke to SUF last week for some time. They have a drill on site at Yamba and will be doing some detailed ground mag and ground gravity surveys over about 10 or so targets which will be drilled if anything looks remotely promising. Several of these are immediately up ice of the cut off on several distinct geochemical trains with excellent chemistry and several others are up ice of what appear to be reworked geochemical trains.

They are not ready to consider the use of the new proprietary gravity technology on these claims as yet. This year, targets identified through traditional methods will be pursued. The new gravity technology has proven very effective at finding previously unidentifiable pipes and in fact one of the pipes BHP is currently seeking approval to mine was discovered with the new system. I saw a presentation on that field work last fall and that pipe along with a number of others was totally indistinguishable on mag and EM surveys but showed up as a bulls-eye on their new gravity system.

Yamba is still not completely explored and will not have been until at least the new gravity system has been applied to it. When that might happen I do not know, but if this years work doesn't prove up some pipes, then I suspect SUF will consider the technology perhaps next year.

Hope all is well.

Regards

Vaughn
