Martin, Thanks for explaining IRU sales, though I'm still a bit fuzzy on the strategy, unless it is an over capacity situation. Seems to me that a developer with ownership of a large land bank would not be selling raw land unless land in that geography area is not scarce. Or, a builder of a super highway, would not sell parts of the highway off to competitors, unless toll traffic may be slow in using. With regards to a moderated thread, personally, I don't see occasional flurries such as the recent one as problematic or disruptive on discussions here. Besides, it fun to have an occasional shout-a-bout.
