Thanks CB. It would have been very easy for you to go on a tirade, smearing SI to a whole thread of sympathetic ears, but you didn't. Actually, I have no issues with "SI" itself (I define "SI" as the group of people who congregate here to provide content). I've got issues with management, but have for a very long time (years), and am in the habit of keeping most of that to myself, although I think it became obvious during the Oracle changeover screwup; not so much by what I said, but by the fact I felt compelled to take over company/customer communications to the extent possible. Anytime I want to be destructive, I just go hop in the backhoe. I think everyone who's in a job where "lashing out" is inadvisable should have one of those. A lot of really large holes have been dug out here recently. <vbg>
