Jeff, Will verify with OTC:BB that data is valid; if it is tells us 1) possible tax loss sale
2) someone willing to xfer supposedly worthless preferred; which all of was authorized
and through no choice of the holder converted to common up the authorized ceiling at the time
on nov 19, 1999 at the ratio 1 pfd to 42.5 common. The transfer agent might know something
these shares. Who knows mabe they're cleaning out their files! Eagle1
