But if all gold is going to do is move back to $300 an ounce and fail there once again, I don't see much to be excited about unless you are trading. Gold stocks won't move that much and many bugs won't even be break-even on some of their holdings.

$350 on the other hand would break new two year territory and enthusiasm would show up even in the juniors.

Still, when even Searle gets excited, something must be afoot.
