Lord
I found some information from the filings last September. Assuing that there was no substantial new stocks offered

1. Sole Voting Power 9,820,400 shares (founder owner)

2. Sole Dispositive Power 9,820,400 shares (founder owner)

3. Aggregate Amount Beneficially Owned By Each Reporting Person 36,520,000 (all beneficially owned shares)

4. Percent of Class Represented by Amount in Row (11) 76.3%

By a simple calculation, the founders shares total 35.6 million, and that is 76.3% of the shares. Thus there are an additional 12 or so million shares in the float. THe float, at 50 cents a share, currently has an aggregate value of $6 million. So assuming an appropriate multiple eg P/E =15 to 50 (say 25 for ease), the E should be about 2 cents a share to maintain the current value of 50 cents a share based only on the float. Based on only the float that is a P of $1/4 million, based on all shares that $1M. Do you think they will do that? What are the real chances they will double or triple that.

I've been requiring dotcoms to actually have earnings before I buy them. The "new economy" is turning into the old one quickly of late.
