SB and Apollo This "the best place for a young, bright, hardworking man/woman is still USA" has been going on for decades. In the mid 60's when I was going to NMSU the Ag. Professors would comment that a disproportionate number of newly minted Phds were of Asian ethnicity. The fact of the matter was that they were willing to pay the price.
