I wish Wayne Angell hadn't made that remark about intermeeting cut last Friday.

Now, I suspect, Greenspan and company will try doubly hard to avoid an emergency rate cut to show that FED is the one that calls the shots, not Wall Street, despite the suspected sandbagging efforts by the latter.
