What success ? Right now the Democrats in California want to scrap the SAT because certain minorities groups can't score high enough on them and thus cannot get into the UC system. In his book "Losing the Race" the black author points out that middle class blacks score below poor whites from the Ozarks. What success has their been ? When will you liberals stop equating programs to success. You have had no successes to speak of. The literacy rate amongst blacks was higher when they had to get to the back of the buss. Your failed policies destroyed all the potential gains of the civil rights movement.
