FWIW, spoke this a.m. with acquaintance who works for Corning in N.C.. Been helping install fiber optic system for new buildings for about a year. Still working 6 days a week. Says Corning plans to build big plant in Okl., not broken ground yet but no delay in plans - engineers being moved to new quarters in N.C. to develop the project.

I hate the fact that people are waiting for the fed to save the day. Bad, it's going to blow up in investor's faces.
