I believe it was Jonathan Joseph of SSB who called the turn in the semi cycle. Ashok Kumar is just a cheerleader who called a top on INTC only to call it a "trading buy" a day or 2 before the bottom dropped out from underneath. His INTC call was quite a surprise at the time given his historical cheerleading of his ex-employer (INTC) & may have occurred with Ashok's switching investment banks (they are merely puppets, afterall).
