<<So Clinton inherited a recession>>

No he didn't. The economic indicators started turning 6 months before the election showing that a recovery was on the way.

Bush inherited a recession...the indicators and stock market were indicating such about 6 months before the election.

Rich dems and republicans alike with the help of greenjeans have really screwed up.Clinton came in on a sound economy and you can find no facts to back your claim, just some liberal press rantings before the election of the erection.Anyway taxes were raised and that did create surplus, not hard to do when you tax more than you spend,it`s what the pols did with the surplus that is galling, they spent like crazy oil barons while the poor have been growing in number for the last 10 years, the homeless population also increased dramatically under clinton, make no bones about it the rich got richer and that was fine with the last administration,we all know that capital dried up last February and you and so many like you want to kill the messenger{Bush},not put the blame where it belongs.Bush will fix what clinton did to what Reagan did,who fixed what Carter did.

The groundwork for the current pending recession was laid before Bush won the Republican primary. I know that people that are as lacking in vision as you have trouble seeing that fact, which tends to explain a whole lot.

>>Let's see when Clinton came into office there was a recession and to this date there has not been another one.

Tell that to Whorealdo. The truth seeks its own level and your depths are something that cannot be plumbed.

That fact is that Clinton entered office during a boom, the economy had been growing smartly for about two years before Clinton first disgraced office in 1993 - from March 1991 on. Clinton-Gore lied their way into office and the feeble-minded 43% bought that lie.

Still, facts are as stubborn and more permanent than the idiots like you that ignore them. That's why Clinton gets no credit for the resumed Reagan Boom - 10 years until Clinton killed it with the Clinton-Gore recession.

Even a dope like you must recognize that Clinton only disgraced office for eight years and that eight and ten are not the same.

As for the recession Clinton left, that's just as clear. The economy was in freefall when Bush entered office, thanks to Clinton-Gore. What you cannot abide is that Bush didn't enter office lying about the economy the way Clinton-Gore did. Fortunately, Clinton's poor economy will help give Bush the success Clinton never was able to achieve.

>>Only, a totally narrow minded idiot would make such a claim. I think we have a winner.

Two, actually. You and Whorealdo are a pair of such "winners".
