I think its Neutral to slightly bad. I think the whole upgrade process will be put off wherever possible. I think Europes troubles exemplify financing issues going forward. On the positive side it displays that WCDMA is just Vapourware and if Anyone goes forward CDMA2000 will be their only choice. If this had occured a year ago it would have spiked the stock up 30%, because Europe is so far behind they must now deal with Q.
