I don't really consider Bio-techs part of techs since they'll move somewhat independently of the economy and business cap ex. Eventually the good one's will become large drug manufactures or health care suppliers. I do have 4 watch lists set up myself in bio-tech, but to be honest I really do not understand the sector all that well. Plus valuations are not enough to lure me in yet. We have all identified numerous reason why the economy is going to continue to slow etc. As such I'd rather focus on companies sensitive to both that slowdown and eventual recovery.
