Girl Friday,

How right you are. Driest winter in a LONG time.
Resevoirs are looking like they rarely have in August.
NG engine-driven gen.s are probably all that could get
the Pac. N.W. through a hot summer. And they won't be
sited/permitted/built in time.
Salmon don't wear shorts, but that's where they'll
be takin' it.

Have to agree re: Copper River reds--Nothing like them.
Used to fish them, and Bristol Bay runs, king crab, etc.
Too hard on the body, anymore.

See ya, Lee

Jane

As you probably know it could start raining up here and not stop for the next 90 days. Let's hope so. We are 11 inches below normal. For a state that gets high 30's per year this is pretty bleak.

On the bright side other than being a little cold the clear weather brightens our spirits up here. Wish we could pass this energy along to the Nasdaq.

If you wouldn't mind sharing your tech longs I know many would be interested. We are aware of course you trade so longs are subject to change on a dime.

I'm only long CAMZ on the tech side. Continue to play the patch stuff. I'm a trader as well so longs can be fleeting.

ps: Try hugging a car guy. I hear oil men can be slippery. Then again car guys have been known to be a little slippery at times. Ha.

Best

The salmon may be in trouble. See the NOAA threats map:
cpc.ncep.noaa.gov

Snow pack in the West is a real threat to salmon and the power supply. They should have let California bear their own burdens.
