Paul,

I was at a computer show today, and saw 256MB of Micron PC133 for $80. You can now build a complete killer Athlon system for less than the cost of a P4 CPU.

Intel is going to have to bring P4 prices way down to stay in the game.

Paul: All the AMDroids can now make fun of DDR Rebates to be given by VIA, et. al.

After all - Intel's RAMBUS rebates had all you AMDroids butt-slapping yourselves silly !!!

You are not making much sense. AMDroids are, per definition, pro AMD and anti Intel (feel free to correct me if I've somehow misunderstood these labels). If some other company decides to pay OEMs to use DDR, how does that (from an AMDroids perspective) relate to Intel paying OEMs to use Rambus?
