Of course it was an insult- no GLOVES. But my insult was directed at your intelligence (actually, the lack thereof) and you immediately had to charge into the sexual- which I find very typically male (not all males- of course- please- all the other real gentlemen on this thread, I want you to know I in no way wish to tar all men with this particular communication problem.) But for some reason certain males need to attack the sexual when they feel they have been attacked- I wonder about this. Is it the nexus between sexuality and aggression showing? Are these men particularly prone to sexualizing women? Are these men particularly threatened by women for some reason? My female friends and I think the answer lies in a combination of all of the above.
