Sage Information Consultants one of first to build application with Microsoft .NET Framework

TORONTO, March 6 /CNW/ - Geoff Genovese, CEO of Envoy Communications Group (NASDAQ: ECGI / TSE: ECG) today announced that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Sage Information Consultants Inc. has been awarded a contract by Microsoft Corporation of Redmond Washington to develop an application using Microsoft .NET technologies, including Visual Studio .NET and the .NET Framework. Sage's one-of-a-kind Windows-based application will demonstrate the ability to create rich Windows-based applications that integrate with Web-services and take advantage of security and automatic deployment features built into Microsoft .NET. The Sage initiative will serve as a template for future developers of Microsoft .NET-based applications.
