Gore would not have won on the four county recount. The jury's still out on two statewide counts: 1) the undervote, being done by the Miami Herald, and 2) the undervote and overvote, being done by a number of papers. Just imagine, the four county recount could have been done in peace and quiet, and your guy would still have won. And Jeb wouldn't have had to turn his state into circus and sacrifice his chance for reelection.
