excardog - Best way I've found to trade LOILY over the years is to set out a GTC and wait. I had one for weeks at 2-1/4 and spotted the premarket on Friday at 2-1/16 bid. By lowering my bid I was able to get a great fill, but I had to wait a good part of the day to do it. LOILY is a stock that teaches you gr-e-e-e-a-a-a-t patience. I hear they use it in Japan to test Zen novitiates <vbg>. Hope for my sake you don't get your wish.
