DS...do you see there being the potential for any interest in acquiring NetApp from larger techs (especially at these depressed prices)?

I, as a shareholder, would be happy to vote for such a takeover, if, they want to pay me a couple hundred billion worth of goodwill now. <G>

I often hear rumors that this big company or that big company is seriously considering the purchase of NTAP. I don't see it happening, as NTAP management's business model is one of growth and dominance, not being acquired. Look at the CSCO story for the NTAP model.
