Hi AJ - be careful of WEBT and NTIQ. Normally, if NTIQ has indeed been the culprit of bringing its merger counterpart down, the acquiree should still have a decent spread, since the arbs are likely maintain the hedge. Right now, there is no hedge to speak of. Maybe you are right, maybe the arbs feel or know the merger is falling apart, in that case, it may explain why NTIQ fell less than WEBT, as the arbs are unwinding. I don't know enough, so I could be wrong
