Richard: Full Text of Email From Richard Crisp" Here's where some of the selective quoting came from in the recent ENews anti-RMBS hit piece. Found it in "Docket #72 Hyundai -vs- RMBS". On pages 190 - 193, is the full text of the email from Richard Crisp in which Enews selectively quoted in their hit piece last week. Sure changes the impression when you read the quote within the context of the entire email. In addition to the possibility of the author serving as a usefull idiot to the litigating MM's. I now wonder if the author may have been writing at the direction of RMBS shorts. rambusite.com Seems quite clear RMBS was well aware of the JDEC rules, other patent cases, and was carefull that it was in compliance with both JDEC rules and existing legalities associated with participation in industry standards organizations. froland
