JRI,

The weakness in the SOX and specificly INTC is a bit worrisome. On the other hand the NAZ NEW HIGHs/LOWs line was almost negative 150(in favor of NEW LOWs), but right now its flat showing improvement. If/once the SOX can start rebounding we could see a bit more umph for a HiTECH rally.

JRI, those 1-2 rallies were pretty strong, as I recall, up 5% in a single day. Not saying I know what's going to happen, but the lack of a strong immediate rally might be a good thing.
