From page 128

<Microns says the policy exists due to antitrust concerns. that if a group of companies wanted to keep out competition they could agree amongst themselves to standardize somthing that is patented and not licence those they do not want to compete with>

Rambus was not involved in deciding the standard.
Rambus is not trying to keep out anyone, they offered to license everybody.
How Micron is trying to get out using Jedec/antitrust defense is beyond my comprehension.

<Micron says TI is descriminatory in their licensing practice by demanding money from some companies and simply cross licensing other companies.
As a result, Walther says, that TI is demending unreasonable royalties greater than micron's profit margin that illegally prevents Micron from participating as a supplier for certain devices>

Again, Rambus is not trying to keep out anyone, they offered to license everybody, with reasonably similar royalties. No disadvantage for micron since all MM will be paying Rambus.

I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me Micron (and IFX and Huyndai) are in a very unconfortable position.
