Will the next cash come from europe or the US? As DMX, I would only take the smallest amount I need if I felt the average stock price would be higher later. ......... Hi Wolf, Rebecca's teasing us again. The proceeds from today's draw will be used for general corporate purposes as the Company continues to scale up manufacturing of PENNSAID® in order to supply the European market and to prepare for its North American launch. But I like it!

Wolf, *"Dilution of less than 1% or about 7 1/2 cents"* Coincidentally we closed down $0.08 today! Not reading anything into this fact, just making an observation. I like the drawdown. I was expecting something and thought it would be at least a million shares. Only 33% of that was a pleasant surprise to me. As most of you have already mentioned, there HAS TO BE another source for significant cash in the next 2 months. Either that, or another drawdown will occur then. If it's another drawdown, Rebecca must be confident that she'll be able to demand a higher price per share from Acqua, at that time, or she would have grabbed more now at $7.44. Everything seems to be unfolding nicely. joe
