After deleting the Continuum file in my QLINK directory, it is cycling through server after server trying to find one to connect to. The servers seem overloaded more than usual today. I see nothing about this at your status page. Why can't you give us a little info about what the problem is today?

Any idea why the Island T&S for JNPR (filtered to show asks only) jumps form 2005pm of Feb 02 to 1630pm Feb 26 using Boston05? i.e. it skips data for today prior to 1630pm.

So you are saying that we should cancel the CME subscription if all we need is the NQ or ES. This will allow us to continue to receive the streaming realtime data feed for the NQ or ES, not the 1 minute snapshots? Thank you for your help.

I'm trying to connect with QLINK again this morning. It's been trying to find a server for about half an hour now but no luck. It slowly cycles through them one by one but won't connect. All are overloaded I suspect. Have tried deleting the Continuum file, but that doesn't affect it.

Suggestions?

Are you aware that for a number of days now the after hours T&S for Island doesn't capture data after Feb 01?

Any idea when this will be fixed?
